What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
We recommend that our customers get several bids.
We have all heard that we should get three bids and some of us believe that is to get
the lowest price.
But all too often the lowest price is not the best deal.
Our advice is you get bids to find the best company for you and your family.
Companies that have your best interest in mind not there bottom line.
If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any
inside secrets to share?
Not ALL that offer to perform maintenance, repair or installation are licensed, insured
or qualified to do so.
Bigger is not better, a jet engine in your car is bigger, but dose not get better gas
mileage. The proper sizing of air conditioning, heating and air delivery system is the
only way to receive the full benefits of efficiency and comfort.
Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
KNOW Heating is licensed by the state of Ohio, LIC# 46100, to do residential and
commercial heating, cooling and ventilation with more than three times the required
insurance for your protection.
Permitting all installations our work is inspected by the city to insure that it meets or
exceeds local, state and federal law.
100% money back guaranteed if for any reason you are not satisfied with our work.
What questions do customers most commonly ask you?
How often do I have to change my filter, and how often dose my system need
maintenance?
Answer: Filters should be inspected monthly and replaced as needed. You will find
in the spring and fall month your system runs less and filters last longer.
Having a trained technician inspect, test and clean your system before each season
will improve the efficiency and reduce brake downs.
What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
Some companies offer a warranty on the equipment they install, but they don't tell
you if that warranty is filed in house or with the equipment manufacture.
If the warranty is filed in house and you no longer like the company that installed
your system, or they go out of business, you are stuck. They hold your warranty.
If the warranty is filed with the manufacture, then any authorized dealer can and will
honor your warranty, insuring that the company that installed your system continues
to earn your business knowing that you have options. |
